May is our extraordinary Vice President who oversees all financial reporting, budget keeping and building compliance.  She has over fifteen years experience in Accounting and Insurance compliance and makes sure all of our properties are running smoothly on the back end.  May is an amazing part of the senior management who gives her best as if the properties were her own. 

May specializes in the great Los Angeles Area and has lived in Southern California for most of her life.  She enjoys surfing and painting.

     Beatriz is proud to be part of the Citywide Management team since 2018 where she oversees multi-family asset remodels, commercial retail properties and the leasing department for our Los Angeles and surrounding area properties. Beatriz is a licensed Real Estate agent in the state of California. 

     Beatriz has 10 years experience in property management and her vast knowledge with many trends in the market are an asset to our company. She offers stellar customer service, and maintains a high standard of exemplary residential living.
